Well, we are preparing for Christmas in the Hudson home. Yesterday we decorated cookies. It was Rory's first time. She did a great job!
Putting stars on her cookie.
She wouldn't pick up the cookie because her hands were dirty.
She also picked off all the stars because she didn't like the taste.

I've also been talking to Rory about Santa Claus. Our conversation frequently goes like this:
Mom: Rory, is Santa coming tonight?
Rory: No
Mom: Why not? Have you been a bad girl?
Rory: No
Mom: But whose going to bring you presents?
Rory: Presents!!!
At least she's got that part down. She could care less about Jolly old Saint Nick! But she knows who baby Jesus is and loves to hold him and talk about him. So for now anyways, Rory understands the true meaning of Christmas.
Merry Christmas all! May you all remember the Saviour's birth, life, and atoning sacrifice, without which we would have no reason to celebrate the season.
